Who We Are

Gypsy Greens is a locally grown organic Microgreen boutique farm. Not only do Microgreens look lovely, they have a large amount of nutrition. In a study published by the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and the USDA, shows that these tiny edible greens contain up to 40 times more nutrition then their counterparts. Not to be confused with sprouts, these baby greens are grown in the soil not water. Baby greens are just small versions of fully mature plants that are picked before they’re fully grown. Their flavor is much more intense than that of mature greens.
